FAX: 209-468 3163
Development Services Division
1810 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95205
Attn: Kathy Allen
My husband Tom Vance and I Vicki Vance, object to the project
(Application ,# PA--0500531 (UP) to put an RV trailer park at the corner of our
street, Woodbridge Road and Frontage Road.
In the year of 1997 and the year 1998 our house got flooded. Our house
4754 E. Woodbridge Rd, sits down lower than any of the other houses on the
street therefore receiving the most of the water run-off. In 1998 our house got
flooded over three feet of water forcing my family, children and animals to be
evacuated. Seeking shelter in a hotel and the veterinary took in our pets until
it was safe to return to our home. The one of many problems that I fear is that it
a eight foot concrete fence is built up behind my house there will not be adequate
drainage. (There is not now-) If the problem doesn't get attention now before this
project goes into effect, I feel that more danger could come to my family.
Sincerely,
Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Vance Phone(209) 334.0766
4754 E. Woodbridge Rd.
Acampo, Ca. 95220
