This parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 1,000 square foot awning, a 2,500 square foot arbor and an upgrade to the winery's management operations of reclaimed water for agricultural crop irrigation. PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the south side of Woodbridge Road at Central California Traction Railroad tracks, Loin (APN/Address: 017-090-58; 5950 E. Woodbridge Road,Acampo) (Supervisorial District 4) ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration is being proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration are available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments' on this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than January 24, 2012. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in staffs analysis and recommendation for this application.
