Yosemite Avenue APN: 241-400-08 <br />INFORMATION: <br />The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br />Yosemite Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br />REQUIREMENTS: <br />The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or <br />deem complete the application for this project: <br />A Submit for approval turning analysis drawings prepared by a registered civil engineer or licensed <br />surveyor showing that the proposed driveways are sufficient to allow semitrailer and truck ingress and <br />egress without intruding onto opposing lanes of traffic. <br />Upon satisfaction of the above requirements, the following Conditions of Approval shall apply. Additional <br />and/or revised Conditions of Approval may be necessary based upon factors resulting from the completed <br />application. <br />
