EMPLOYEE <br /> COOKING THE FOOD IS SICK, COUGHING ALL OVER THE FOOD AND NOT WEARING GLOVES OR A MASK WHILE <br /> COOKING. PLEASE CONTACT COMPLAINANT BACK WITH FINDINGS. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Employee working today is not aware of the complaint. <br /> She states that she is not ill and does not know of any employees that have been ill. <br /> There is a grill set up out doors, but no fryers. No food was being cooked at the time of the inspection. <br /> There are no dogs inside the facility this date. <br /> The front door was open upon arrival (was closed upon request). <br /> Reminders: <br /> 1) No employee who is ill shall engage in food preparation. <br /> 2) Practice proper hand washing techniques at all times. <br /> 3) Maintain all doors closed at all times.
