Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted at the front counter. <br /> 2.)Waste tire manifests from "Shamrock Recycling of California, Inc."were available for review. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly and were stored outdoors on the north side of the shop. <br /> 4.) Permission to inspect granted by Gary Barbee Jr. (Manager). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to bobsautocenter@comcast.net <br />
