Hwy 99 (APN 059-160-42) on <br /> i August 2 , 1993. <br /> r <br /> f <br /> In a telephone conversation on August 9, 1993 PHS/EHD staff <br /> informed you that the contaminated stockpiled soil should remain <br /> covered until a permit or exemption for aeration is obtained from <br /> San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution.. Control District (APCD) . <br /> Please provide PHS/EHD with a copy of the permit or exemption once <br /> you have obtained it from APCD. PHVEHD:� has been contacted <br /> regarding the stockpiled soil by concerned citizens.
