The report will include a discussion <br /> of deviations from the approved workplan. The report will include an overview of many of <br /> the topic discussed within this workplan as relevant to the field activities to be conducted. <br /> The report will include a discussion of drilling details, wells construction details, well <br /> development, well disinfection methods and well elevation survey details. A summary <br /> of the items to be included in the report are as follows: <br /> • Purpose of the project <br /> • Description of geologic and hydrogeologic conditions during installation of <br /> monitoring wells <br /> • Copies of County Well Permits <br /> • Topographic map depicting facility locations, roads, surface water bodies, etc. <br /> • Scaled map depicting previously existing wells, newly installed wells, buildings, <br /> surface water bodies, waste handling facilities, proposed application fields, and <br /> other major man-made features. <br /> • Onsite supervision and well installation activities <br /> • Drilling contractor and driller's name <br /> • Description of drilling equipment and techniques <br /> • Equipment decontamination procedures <br /> • Soil sampling intervals and logging methods <br /> • Copies of well boring logs with soil description using the USCS <br /> • Well boring number and date drilled <br /> • Borehole diameter and total depth/open total depth <br /> • Depth to first encountered groundwater and stabilization groundwater depth <br /> • Well construction details, descriptive and illustrative to include well number and <br /> date constructed <br /> 48093.E01/ST07R052/CJC/Iv Page 11 of 15 <br /> ©2007 Kleinfelder, Inc January 26, 2007 <br />
