Treatment System Inspection Schedule <br /> Conditions <br /> Inspection Description Frenquency necessitating <br /> inspection <br /> The following well conditions will be inspected during groundwater monitoring <br /> Well Head Conditions The <br /> well seal,survey markings,lock and cover,concrete pad and label. Semi-annually <br /> Health and Safety Equipment Safety shower and eyewash will be checked for function,first aid kit supply will be nually <br /> checked <br /> Consistent Inspections <br /> Covers of"ponds"1&2 will be inspected for erosion damage or other damage (Regardless of treatment <br /> Erosion/Settlement/Cover Integrity that may violate their integrity �� a ly operation or presence of <br /> hazardous chemicals) <br /> Storm water control measures will be inspected annually. Swales,ditches and <br /> Storm Water Control Measures other conduits will be inspected. Brush or other foreign materials will be q„ �jlly <br /> controlled to maintain adequate storm water flow. The infilitration basin will be <br /> inspected for erosion or settlement that may affect its performance. <br /> Security Control Devices Security control devices such as locks and fencing will be check for function and Monthly <br /> y <br /> Aboveground collection piping,valves and gauges will be inspected for leaks and Hazardous Material <br /> Collection Pipelines and Inspections <br /> Appurtenances proper function. Secondary containment piping will be visually examined for Semi-annually (Inspected only if hazardous <br /> leaks. <br /> materials are stored onsite, <br /> regardless of operation status) <br /> All treatment system vessels will be inspected for leaks. Gauges associated with <br /> Treatment System Vessels Semi-annually <br /> the treatment vessels will also be inpsected for proper function <br /> Treatment system pressure gauges,flow meters,other equipment on the <br /> Treatment System Equipment Operation Log Monthly <br /> Sample Collection Ports Sample collection ports will be inspected for proper function. Semi-annually <br /> Effluent Pipelines and Aboveground effluent piping,valves and gauges will be inspected for leaks and <br /> Appurtenances proper function. Semi-annually <br /> Treatment System <br /> Basin Water level in the basin will be recorded.The basin will be inspected for erosion Monthly Operations Inspection <br /> and subsidence and to ensure that there is adequate freeboard.
