The owner shall execute an Irrevocable offer to dedicate a <br /> twenty-five foot ( 25' ) wide strip along the north side of <br /> Parcel 1 ( from Atkins Road to the west end of Parcel 1 ) and <br /> a twenty-five foot (25' ) wide strip along the south side of <br /> Parcel 2 ( from Atkins Road to the west end of Parcel 2 ) . <br /> 2 .
