Do not authorize site disturbance until receipt of a signed Agreement to Incidental <<= Take Minimization Measures ITMMs AND verification that all applicable ITMMs have been implemented. 2) Pay SJMSCP fees. Fees shall be paid in the amount in effect at the time of r issuance of Building Permit(see also Appendix). Do not issue a Use Permit until receipt of a Certificate of Payment or Verification of Payment to the Local i Jurisdiction (e.g., Receipt) AND verification that all anplicable ITMMs have been =.w. implemented Priorto around disturbance.
