El Dorado Street in Stockton. By 24 August 1987, the soil
must either undergo treatment with written approval from this
office or be transported to an appropriate disposal facility.
The soil must remain stored on and covered with material
impervious to the elements.
Copper contaminated liquid currently stored on --site must also be
treated or removed by the above date. If batch treatment is the
alternative chosen, verification of authorization to dispose of
pre-treated water by the City of Stockton must be received by
this office prior to onset of treatment. Residual waste sludge
must be managed as hazardous waste. Copies of manifests must
be sent to this office upon completion of treatment.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (916) 739-3985.
Winerely,
Lo? na Dobrovolny
Associate Hazardous
Materials Specialist
LD:ld
a:ctext.doc @ 04
cc: Ms. Antonia Vorster, California Regional Water Quality
Control Board
Ms. Lisa Brown, Office of the District Attorney, San Joaquin
County
Mr, Guy Roy, GWR and Associates, San Ramon
Mr. Ron Valinoti, San Joaquin Local Health District
