El Dorado Street in Stockton. By 24 August 1987, the soil <br />must either undergo treatment with written approval from this <br />office or be transported to an appropriate disposal facility. <br />The soil must remain stored on and covered with material <br />impervious to the elements. <br />Copper contaminated liquid currently stored on --site must also be <br />treated or removed by the above date. If batch treatment is the <br />alternative chosen, verification of authorization to dispose of <br />pre-treated water by the City of Stockton must be received by <br />this office prior to onset of treatment. Residual waste sludge <br />must be managed as hazardous waste.
