III Title: Facilitv Manager <br />FDNC FIONS\ACTIVITIES DURING AN EMERGENCY (Describe in Detail): <br />Respond to all emergency situations and to evaluate the seriousness of any accident or <br />emergency. Direct personnel as necessary. Implement the Contingency Plan as required <br />and make necessary notifications to the local emergency response agencies. Direct the <br />shutdown of any equipment and manage the scene until relieved by responding agencies. In <br />addition, work with responding agencies and advise them on the situation. Will address all <br />media inquiries. <br />2. Secondary Emergency Coordinator (if on duty) <br />Name: Lloyd Thompson Title: Safety Coordinator <br />FUNCTIONS\ACTIVMES DURING AN EMERGENCY (Describe in Detail): <br />(ASSUMES THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRIMARY COORDINATOR, IF THE <br />PRIMARY COORDINATOR IS UNAVAILABLE). Responsible for making necessary <br />calls to emergency agencies as directed by the Primary Coordinator. If necessary, <br />responsibilities will include: the evacuation of employees, customers, contractors, and <br />neighbors, that could be in eminent danger from a release; the distribution of emergency <br />equipment and supervision of the cleanup or spill. and, the care and maintenance of safety <br />equipment. <br />3. Alternate Emergency Coordinator (if on duty) <br />Name: Ray Gonsalves Title: Maintenance Supervisor <br />FUNCTIONS\ACTIVTTIES DURING AN EMERGENCY (Describe in Detail): <br />(ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PRIMARY OR SECONDARY <br />COORDINATORS SHOULD NEED ARISE). Responsible for assisting secondary <br />coordinator in making calls to emergency response agencies or contractors, and distribution <br />of safety equipment. Primary responsibility will be assisting in the evacuation of the site and <br />taking "head counts" of individuals. <br />
