The State Department of Health Services authorizes the District <br /> to refer any judicial action, as provided for in Article 8 of <br /> Chapter 6.5 of Division 20 of the health and Safety Code, to the <br /> appropriate prosecuting agency. The District agrees to abide by applic- <br /> able state or federal procedural requirements governing such actions <br /> and shall ratify the State Department of Health Services Enforcement <br /> Coordinator pricy to taking surn action and shall provide the State <br /> with a monthly list of such actions. , .'" . ,7- ----- I I- <br /> 6.
