Our office has been swamped since we last talked on the phone. To reiterate what you wrote below,yes EHD will require the following to complete this septic permit/condition: 1. Provide photographic or equivalent evidence of the vent between the two chambers of the septic tank 2. A letter from the engineering firm tha the septic system works even though EHD was not able to verify the slope of the piping.
