Provide copy of finaled liquid waste permit indicating septic <br /> tank and associated tight line(s) meet construction requiremer <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Sect. 5-3000 et. seq, ane <br /> adopted Rules and Regulations . <br /> OR <br /> b. Comply with conditions (a) and (b) or (c) - under #1 above. <br /> 3 . Sanitat Sewer Line--less than 50 ft. <br /> SPECIAL PERMIT CONDITIONS <br /> a. Applicant shall have fecal coliform tests performed on the <br /> monitoring well(s ) subject to these requirements immediately <br /> after construction and development and monthly thereafter. <br /> Longer intervals between bacterial testing rounds may be <br /> be approved after sufficient data has been obtained on the <br /> site conditions. The analyses shall be performed by a <br /> laboratory certified to perform the required tests by the <br /> State Department of Health Services. <br /> AND <br /> b. If the monitoring well test results are positive for fecal <br /> coliform, the well shall be destroyed immediately, under <br /> permit and inspection by the SJLHD. <br /> OR <br /> c. The source of bacterial contamination shall be identified <br /> and necessary steps taken immediately to mitigate the source <br /> of contamination. I <br /> I <br /> 4 .
