Permission to conduct inspection given by Mark Morgan, Service Manager. <br /> 2. Inspection was done with Miguel Gallo, Parts Manager. <br /> 3. A direct count was used in counting the tires. <br /> 4. TPID certificate is located in the service department. <br /> 5. Facility uses Tri-C as their registered waste tire hauler. <br /> 6. Waste tire manifests (CTLs)were available for review. <br /> 7. Facility only stores tires at this location. <br /> *8. Reminder that the waste tire manifests must be retained for 3 years. <br /> 9.
