County OES — Phillip Cook — 468-3969 <br /> National Response Center — 1 -800-424-8802 <br /> The State OES will notify Fish & Game. <br /> For permit violations other than a chemical release only the <br /> Regional Board need be notified. <br /> For any permit violation to receiving waters, note time and <br /> flow. Take samples of the effluent and receiving water at the <br /> discharge point. Visually observe the discharge point and the <br /> surrounding area. Note anything out of the norm. The above <br /> information should be available before notification is made. <br /> For each of the calls above to an outside authority, make <br /> note of the time and name of person you spoke to.
