WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY -11- <br /> 14. Violations of any applicable water quality standard for receiving <br /> waters adopted by the Board or the State Water Resources Control Board <br /> pursuant to the CWA and regulations adopted thereunder. <br /> 15. Taste or odor-producing substances to impart undesireable tastes or <br /> odors to fish flesh or other edible products of aquatic origin or to <br /> cause nuisance or adversely affect beneficial uses. <br /> G. Provisions: <br /> WATER QUALITY IMPACTS STUDY <br /> 1 . The Discharger shall complete the following tasks according to the time <br /> schedule: <br /> a) Complete a study which determines the water quality impacts on <br /> Bishop Cut and White Slough from increasing the discharge to 8.5 <br /> mgd, and <br /> b) Prepare the 275 acres of additional land to accept effluent <br /> discharges, including installation of ground water monitoring <br /> wells. <br /> Compliance <br /> Task Date <br /> Submit workplan and time schedule for 120 days after adoption <br /> water quality impact study of requirements <br /> Submit plans and time schedule to prepare 120 days after adoption <br /> 275 additional acres for reclamation use of requirements <br /> Begin water quality impact study 60 days after approval <br /> Submit water quality impact study report According to approved <br /> time schedule <br /> Complete preparation work for additional According to approved <br /> reclamation acreage time schedule <br /> RECLAMATION <br /> 2. The Discharger shall submit, within 180 days of adoption of this Order, <br /> an operational plan showing how requirements will be met when treated <br /> domestic and industrial wastewater and sludge is applied to land. This <br /> plan shall include application methods, loading rates, crop utilization <br /> rates, flows, amount of sludge generated, quality of reclaimed <br /> wastewater (domestic and industrial ) and sludge, and containment <br /> measures for land disposal . <br />
