The jurisdictional change is complete and effective as of the <br /> date of recording. <br /> Said reorganization was ordered by Resolution No. 87-125 of the Lodi City <br /> Council adopted September 16, 1987. <br /> This is a non-contiguous annexation of 493 acres of city owned property. <br /> The territory is a portion of the City's White Slough Water Pollution <br /> Control Facility.
