By-pass or overflow of untreated or partially treated waste to <br /> surface waters or surface water draina3e courses is prohibited. <br /> B. Discharge of treated domestic and industrial wastewater to land: <br /> 1. The discharge shall not cause degradation of any water supply. <br />
