r ! <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br /> CITY OF LODI <br /> WHITE SLOUGH WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Type of Sampling <br /> Consitituent Units Sample Frequency <br /> Total Coliform(2) MPN/100 ml Grab Daily <br /> Organisms <br /> Chlorine Residual (2) mg/1 Grab Daily <br /> Flow mgd Cumulative Daily <br /> Oil and Grease (2) mg/1 , lbs/day Grab Weekly <br /> (1) Standard minerals include calcium, magnesium, hardness, sodium, potassium, <br /> alkalinity, sulfate, chloride, borin, nitrate, dissolved solids, specific <br /> conductance. 4� <br /> (2) Only for discharge to surface waters. <br /> If the discharge is intermittent rather than continuous, then on the first day <br /> of each such intermittent discharge, the Discharger shall monitor and record <br /> data for all of the constituents listed above, after which the frequencies of <br /> analysis given in the schedule shall apply for the duration of each such <br /> intermittent discharge. In no event shall the Discharger be required to monitor <br /> and record data more often than twice the frequencies listed in the schedule. <br /> RECEIVING WATER MONITORING <br /> All receiving water samples shall be grab samples. Samples shall be taken from <br /> the following: <br /> Station Description <br /> R-1 500 Feet East of Highline Canal on Dredger Cut <br /> R-2 Dredger Cut at White Slough <br /> R-3 Bishop Cut at Telepone Cut <br /> R-4 500 Feet North of Dredger Cut on Highline Canal <br /> The following shall constitute the receiving water monitoring program: <br />
