The existing discharge is governed by Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements Order NO. 80-115 (NPDES No. CA0079243). <br /> A public hearing concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: 28 February 1986 <br /> TIME: 9:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Department of Food and Agriculture <br /> 1220 N Street, Room 127 <br /> Sacramento, California <br /> Persons wishing to comment on or object to the proposed requirements are invited <br /> to submit same in writing to the Regional Board no later than 10 February 1986. <br /> All comments or objections received by this date will be considered in the draft <br /> waste discharge requirements. <br /> A public hearing may be held upon the request of any interested person. After <br /> considering comments or objections, the Board may issue waste discharge <br /> requirements. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact the Area Engineer, <br /> Philip S. Isorena, at (916) 445-0270.
