The existing discharge is governed by Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements Order No. 80-115 (NPDES No. CA0079243). <br /> A public hearing concerning this matter will be held: <br /> DATE: 24 January 1986 <br /> TIME: 10:00 a.m. <br /> PLACE: Board of Supervisor's Chambers <br /> County Administrative Building <br /> 25 County Center Drive <br /> Oroville, California <br /> Persons wishing to comment on or object to the proposed requirements are invited <br /> to submit same in writing to the Regional Board no later than 6 January 1985. <br /> All comments or objections received by this date will be considered in the draft <br /> waste discharge requirements. <br /> A public hearing may be held upon the request of any interested person. After <br /> considering comments or objections , the Board may issue waste discharge <br /> requirements. <br /> Anyone having questions on these requirements should contact the Area Engineer, <br /> Philip S. Isorena, at (916) 445-0270.
