Submit design of a monitoring program 1 Jan 1981 15 Jan 1981 <br /> which will implement the requirements <br /> of the pretreatment program. <br /> b. Submit specific effluent limitations 1 Mar 1981 15 Mar 1981 <br /> for the general prohibited pollutants <br /> (40 CFR 403.5) which shall be incorporated <br /> into the pretreatment ordinance. <br /> c. Submit request for pretreatment program 1 May 1981 15 May 1981 <br /> approval. <br /> 5. Adequacy of any pretreatment program shall be determined by conformance <br /> with the State Water Resources Control Board's "Guidelines for Determin- <br /> ing the Effectiveness of Local Source Control Programs' and EPA regula- <br /> tions governing pretreatment contained in 40 CFR 403. <br /> 6. The terms and conditions of the pretreatment program, when approved, <br /> shall be enforceable through these waste discharge requirements. <br /> 7. The discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. <br /> 8. This Order expires on 1 August 1985 and the discharger must file a Report <br /> of Waste Discharge in accordance with Title 23, California Administrative <br /> Code, not later than 180 days in advance of such date as application for <br /> issuance of new waste discharge requirements. <br /> 9. In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste <br /> discharge facilities presently owned or controlled by the discharger, <br /> the discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of the <br /> existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded <br /> to the Board. <br /> I, JAMES A.
