Composite Daily <br /> Samples shall be collected at approximately the same time as effluent samples <br /> and should be representative of the influent. <br /> WATER SUPPLY MONITORING <br /> Sampling Stations shall be established where representative samples of the munici- <br /> pal water supply can be obtained. The following shall constitute the water supply <br /> monitoring program: <br /> Constituent Units Sampling Frequency <br /> Standard Minerals mg/1 Yearly at same time <br /> as effluent samples <br /> Specific Conductivity Micromhos/cm Monthly <br /> @25oC <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/1 Monthly <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the discharger shall arrange the data in tabu- <br /> lar form so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily <br /> discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly <br /> the compliance with waste discharge requirements. <br /> Monthly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 15th <br /> day of the following month. <br /> If the discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein <br /> more frequently than is required by this Order, he shall include the results of <br /> such monitoring in the calculation and reporting of the values required in the <br /> Discharge Monitoring Report Form. Such increased frequency shall be indicated <br /> on the Discharge Monitoring Report Form. <br /> Ordered by <br /> JAMES A.
