Biosolids shall comply at the time of application with Class B pathogen reduction <br /> standards as listed in 40 CFR 503. <br /> 6. Biosolids shall comply with one of the vector attraction reduction standards as listed in <br /> 40 CFR 503.33. <br /> 7. Biosolids shall not be applied to land subject to substantial erosion during a flood. <br /> 9. If biosolids are incorporated into the ground, tillage practices shall minimize the erosion <br /> of soils from the application site by wind, storm, or irrigation water. <br /> 10. After the last application of Class B biosolids in each field, the Discharger shall ensure <br /> the following: <br /> a. For at least 30 days: <br /> (1) Public access to the application sites is restricted for land with a low <br /> potential for public exposure; <br /> (2) Food, feed, and fiber crops are not harvested; and <br /> (3) Animals are not grazed. <br /> b. For at least 12 months: <br /> (1) Public access to the site is restricted for land with a high potential for <br /> public exposure; <br /> (2) Turf is not to be harvested if the harvested turf is placed on land with a <br /> high degree of public exposure; and <br />
