Mercury analysis requires use of"clean technique", EPA <br /> Method 1631. <br /> 2 Samples shall be collected during the month of February. <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING OF WASTEWATER DISCHARGED TO DREDGER CUT <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected downstream from the last connection through which «xastes <br /> can be admitted into the outfall. Effluent samples should be representative of the volume and <br /> quality of the discharge from the treatment plant. Time of collection of samples shall be <br /> recorded.
