The <br /> detectable concentrations of lindane were less than freshwater ambient water quality criteria. <br /> However, per the Basin Plan requirements, this Order applies a non-detectable limitation to lindane, <br /> effective 1 May 2004. No individual pesticide may be present in the discharge at detectable <br /> concentrations. The State Water Resources Control Board is establishing minimum detection levels <br />
