Two requirements are prohibitions on the <br /> discharge of biosolids with pollution concentrations greater than the ceiling concentration from <br /> Table 1,40 CFR Part 503, or those which would be classified as hazardous, including Section <br /> 25157.8 of the California Health and Safety Code. This Order requires the Discharger submit a <br /> report that evaluates its ability to comply with the biosolids specifications. <br />
