The O&M Plan was submitted <br /> by EARTHCON on behalf of The Learner Company. The O&M Plan addresses DTSC's <br /> previous comments provided in a letter dated September 5, 2012. DTSC conditionally <br /> approves the O&M Plan based upon the comment below: <br /> COMMENTS <br /> 1.
