The 3Q2012 <br /> Reports was submitted by EARTHCON on behalf of The Learner Company. The 3Q12 Report <br /> is approved and DTSC requests that the comments below be added in to future Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Reports. <br /> COMMENTS <br /> 1. Section 5.0: Please include in this Section a discussion of the difference <br /> between arsenic concentration observed in the upgradient well and the <br /> downgradient wells. The Report should acknowledge the significant difference <br /> in the arsenic concentrations between the upgradient (MW-1) and downgradient <br /> wells (MW-2 through MW-6) and should provide an explanation in the data <br /> evaluation Section. <br /> 2.
