AUTHORIZATION TO OPERATE <br /> Pursuant to the Underground Injection Control regulations of <br /> the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency codified at Title 40 of <br /> the Code of Federal Regulations, Parts 124, 144, 146, 147, and 148. <br /> Northern California Power Agency <br /> STIG Combustion Turbine Project #2 <br /> 12751 North Thornton Road <br /> Lodi, CA 95242-1478 - <br /> is hereby authorized to engage in non- hazardous waste injection <br /> well identified as NCPA - STIG #1. The well is located in Section <br /> 24, T. 3 N. , R. 5 E. , in San Joaquin. County, California. <br /> Injection is authorized into the Domengine Sand Formation for <br /> the purpose of disposal of treated waste waters from a steam <br /> injection gas turbine power plant upon the express condition that <br /> the permittee meet the restrictions set forth herein. <br /> All conditions set forth herein refer to Title 40 Parts 124, <br /> 144 , 146, 147 and 148 of the Code of Federal Regulations and are <br /> regulations that are in effect on the date that this permit is <br /> effective. <br /> This permit consists of 29 pages and includes all items listed <br /> in the Table of Contents. Further, it is based upon <br /> representations made by the permittee and on other information <br /> contained in the administrative record.
