The tubing/casing
annulus pressure and injection' pressures must be
monitored continuously and the average, maximum, and
li minimum monthly results zre included in the
quarterly report to the director.
(b) Schedule: for, Demonstrations .of Meehan cAl =Integrity
(i) A demorstrat1lon of a mechani a inegrt,f shall
be made ',notl ess} frequetly than everyyear from
the ef Mpg-2  _ of1he  In
accrdanewith40 GFR1468. arid aragraph (a)
(.
rr3- •'::F= C ab- `Nlechani a integrity shall also be
r .. demonstrated any time that a workover is
conducted, the construction of the well is
modified or when loss of mechanical integrity
becomes evident during operation.
)Y/ (ii) It shall be the permittee's responsibility to
arrange and conduct the mechanical integrity
demonstrations.
