l RESOLUTION NO. 94-321 -2- <br /> WAIVER FOR <br /> NORTHERN CALIFORNIA POWER AGENCY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> discharge--where such discharge is not against the public interest, and that such waiver shall <br /> be conditi6-nal and may be terminated at any time by the board; and <br /> WHEREAS, a waiver of a Report of Waste Discharge and waste discharge <br /> requirements for the _Class I injection well for Northern California Power Agency would not <br /> be against the public interest because the discharge will be effectively regulated by a UIC <br /> permit issued by the EPA; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Northern California Power Agency Commission adopted on 25 May <br /> 1994 a Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report in compliance with the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board reviewed the final Supplemental Environmental Impact Report <br /> and determined that the project will not have a significant impact on Water Quality, and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board, on 28 October 1994, held a hearing in Sacramento, California, <br /> and considered all evidence concerning the matter: Therefore, be it <br /> RESOLVED, that pursuant to Water Code Section 13269, the California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, hereby waives a Report of Waste <br /> Discharge and waste discharge requirements for the Class I injection well for Northern <br /> California Power Agency which is to be regulated by EPA UIC Permit #CA 194000002; and <br /> be it further <br /> RESOLVED, that this waiver shall be conditional and may be terminated by the Board <br /> at any time. <br /> I, WILLIAM H. CROOKS, Executive Officer, do hereby certify the foregoing is a full, true, <br /> and correct copy of a Resolution adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board, Central Valley Region, on 28 October 1994. <br /> X X� <br /> 4 <br /> WILLIAM H.
