Based on our review,we consider the application to be administratively <br /> complete. <br /> We have begun the Technical Review phase of the permitting process. During this phase, <br /> additional information and clarification of previously submitted information may be requested. <br /> Once we complete our technical evaluation,we will develop a draft permit which will be issued for <br /> a 30-day period of public review. <br /> The annual mechanical integrity testing required under the existing Permit will be postponed <br /> until the effective date of a new permit.
