1 <br /> ..,CITY OF LODI <br /> WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT NUMBER 420' <br /> l <br /> In accordance.with.the provisions,of the City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12, <br /> Name: Northern California Power Agency CT-2 <br /> Location: 12745 North Thomton Road <br /> Lodi,CA 95242 <br /> has submitted a wastewater discharge permitapplication and is hereby authorized. to discharge industrial <br /> wastewater from the above identified facility into the City of Lodi White Slough Water Pollution Control Facility in <br /> accordance with the effluent limitations, monitoring requirements, and other conditions set forth in this permit. <br /> All discharges authorized herein shall be consistent with the terms and conditions of this.permit.The discharge of <br /> any pollutant identified in this permit more frequently than or at a level in excess of that authorized shall constitute <br /> a violation of the permit. Any significant changes effecting wastewater discharge quantity or strength must be <br /> reported in advance of discharging and written approval by the City received. <br /> This permit shall not be assigned, transferred or sold to a new owner, new user, different premises or new or <br /> changed operation without prior written approval of the Public Works Director. <br /> O <br /> This permit shall become effective on February 29,2008, <br /> and shall expire at midnight on February 28, 2010. <br /> The permittee shall not discharge after the date of expiration. If the permittee wishes to continue to discharge after <br /> this expiration date an application must be filed 60 days before the expiration date for reissuance of this permit in . <br /> accordance with the requirements of City of Lodi Municipal Code, Chapter 13.12. <br /> Renewal must be applied for on or before December 28, 2009. <br /> FY`Richard C.
