With drill pipe at 735' <br /> pumped In 30 sax Class G cement treated with 2% Calcium Chloride. <br /> W.O.C. Tagged top cement plug at 638' . Witnessed and approved <br /> by Dennis Olmsfeld, D.O.G. Pulled up to and pumped in 31 sax <br /> Class G cement treated with 2% Calcium Chloride. Estimate top at <br /> 430' Plugged top of surface casing 90' to surface. Tore out B.O.P.E. <br /> Cut off 8-5/8" casing 5' below ground level. Weld steel plate on <br /> top of casing. Filled Mouse and Rat Holes with cement. <br /> 12/10/76 Filled Sellar, Pits, Cleaned up location and restored surface to <br /> contour. Approved by City of Lodi. <br />
