Drilled 12 1/4" hole to 523' <br /> circulated; wiped hole; circulated clean; pulled out. Ran 13 its (525.37' O.A.) <br /> 6 5/8" 24#9 K-55, new, amles, 8 Re T. & C., Rg, 3, Armco casing equipped with <br /> Larkin guide shoe and one centralizer latched over first casing collar. <br /> 10/15 Halliburton cementer* pumped 130 ax class "G" cement premixed v/ 4% gel & 2% CaCl2 <br /> followed by 100 ox class "G" cement premixed w/ 2% CaCI total slurry included <br /> 50% in excess of theoretical requirements @ 500'. C.I.;. 12:30 AM 10/15; had no <br /> cement returns to surface. Ran 1" tubing to 50' in annulus & pumped 50 ex class <br /> "G" cement with 2% CaC12 in mixing water; had four c.f. cement returns to surface. <br /> C.I.P. 1:30 AM 10/15. Stood cemented two hours. Landed casing; cut off conductor <br /> and casing. Installed National B.O.W. Series 900 casing head. Tested welds @ <br /> 2500 psig. Installed B.O.E. double hydraulic Shaffer rams and "GK" Hydril bag, <br /> both series 900; tested casing and C.S.O. rams @ 1500 psig Oke. Ran in with 7 7/8" <br /> bit. Located top of plug at 511'. Tested pipe rams, Hydril and Kelly cock at <br /> 1500 psig; held Oke. Drilled out plugs, cement and shoe at 3 RMI. Drilled to 1932'. <br /> Mud weight 72 - 74 pcf, viscosity 41 - 45 secs/quart, water loss 10.8 cc. Drift <br /> survey*: 523' 0°300. <br /> 10/16 Drilled 7 7/8" hole to 3085' ; made bit trip. Stratagraphic Mud Logging Coe com- <br /> menced sampling drilling returns at 3000' . Drilled to 42881. Mud wt. 74 - 76 <br /> pcf, vie. 40 - 45, W.L. 10.6 - 8.6. Surveys: 2332' 1'15', 3085' 2°30'. <br /> 10/17 Drilled 7 7/8" hole to 5000' ; circulated & conditioned mud; pulled out. Ran & <br /> recorded Schlumberger IES log. Ran bit #5 to drill ahead. Mud weight 76 - 78, <br /> vis. 42, W.L. 7.4. Surveys: 4000' at 4828'. <br /> 10/18 Drilled 7 7/8" hole to 5450'. Circulated clean; pulled bit; layed down drill <br /> collars and portion of drill pipe. Ran in open ended to 557'. Halliburton equal- <br /> ized 100 ox class "G" cement premixed w/ 3% CaC12; C.I.Y. 1:00 RI 10/18. Located <br /> top of firm cement at 360' at 5:00 RI; location and hardness of plug witnessed <br /> and approved by D.O.G. engineer. Layed down drill pipe. Cut off casing at cellar <br /> floor level (four feet below ground). Placed 25 feet cement plug in casing on <br /> top of mud sack bridge (29 feet below ground level). Welded steel plate over <br /> casing stub to complete abandonment. Rig released at 11:00 PM. <br />
