Conditioned mud for casing. POOH. Ran 15 its. 8-5/8" , 24#, K-55, ST&C 8RD casing (from Northern Truck Yard - Full Amalog inspection). Float shoe at 614' with 1 centralizer per joint for the first 2 joints. Rigged up B.J. Cementers. Cemented as follows: 50 cf. of water; 348 cf. class 'G' cement + 4'% Gel + 3% CaCl2; 100 cf. class 'G' cement + 3% CaCIDisplaced with 209 cf. Shut in. Had 15 cf. cement returns. C. I .P. at 2311 ;irs. 10/15/81 Installed wellhead and tested welds to 1000 psi . Nippled up BOP's. Tested blind rams. RIH. Attempted to test annular - no good. 10/16/81 Repaired annular preventer. Tested pipe rams, annular and lines. DOG witnessed and approved. Drilled cement 566' to 614' . Drilled 7-7/8" hole to 1616' . Installed the mud logger at 614' . 10/17/81 to Drilled 7-7/8" hole to 3670' . 10/18/81 10/19/81 Drilled to 3844' . SCR failure - drawworks down. Circulated and repaired SCR. Power to drawworks at 2030 hrs. Pipe stuck. Worked stuck pipe. 10/20/81 Worked stuck pipe. Spotted 50 Bbls PS-300 with 50 gal . pipe-LAX at 0500 hrs. ; 20 Bbls outside, 30 Bbls inside. Moving oil @ 22 Bbls per hour. Pipe free at 1000 hrs. Circulated out oil and conditioned mud. POOH. Repaired SCR. RIH. Drilled to 3990' . 10/21/81 Drilled to 4226' . POOH. Repaired leak in wellhead. RIH and drilled to 4274' . Repaired SCR. 10/22/81 Drilled to 4786' . 10/23/81 Drilled to 4931' . Wiped hole to shoe. Conditioned mud for logs. Rigged up Schlumberger and logged well as follows: 00103 (11/80/DWRR/15M)
