Total Depth: 4800' <br /> 2. Complete casing record, including plugs: <br /> U-40 casing 502' of 9-5/8" 32.30 <br /> cemented with equivalent of 340 sacks <br /> cement. <br /> 3. Last Produced Never produced <br /> ADDITIONAL DATA FOR DRY HOLE <br /> 4. Oil or Gas shavings and results of tests: <br /> None <br /> 5. Stratigraphie markers and depths: <br /> Domengine Sand 3673' <br /> Capay Shale 4442' <br /> Capital sand 4700' <br /> 6. Geologic age at bottom: Eocene-Paleocene <br /> 7. Base of fresh water sands: above 500' ." <br /> PROPOSAL: <br /> "THE PROPOSED WORK IS <br /> 1. Pill hole with heavy mud. Hang open end drill pipe at 600' and cement back to <br /> 4501 . Notify D.O.G. to witness top and hardness of plug. <br /> 2. Till hole with heavy mud to within 14' of surface. Cement from 14' to 4' which <br /> is bottom of cellar. Cut off surface pipe even with bottom of collar and weld <br /> on steel plate.
