<br /> the Western Pacific Railroad Company property as acquired by deed recorded August
<br /> 13, 1927, in Vol. 191 of Official Records, Page 358, San Joaquin County Records,

<br /> A tract of land situated in the County of San Joaquin, State of California in
<br /> Sections 14 and 151, Township 3 North, Range 5 East, M. D. B. & M., more particu-
<br /> larly described as follows:
<br /> CC at a point in the North line of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 5
<br /> East, M. D. B. & M„bearing Westerly 2352.5 feet from the Northeast corner of said
<br /> Section 13; thence South OO 10' East 1865.7 feet to an iron pipe at property corner;
<br /> thence along property line, South 890 31' West 2238.0 feet to an iron pipe at
<br /> property corner; thence along property line, South 00 10' East 1374.5 feet to an
<br /> iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the Vail property; thence along the South
<br /> line of Vail property South 890 31' West 1082.7 feet to an iron pipe at fence
<br /> corner at the true point of beginning of the following described 474 acre tract;
<br /> thence from said true point of beginning along the South line of the Vail property,
<br /> as follows: South 890 31' West 2365.0 feet; South 890 25' West 4402.8 feet to an
<br /> iron pipe; due South 19.14 feet to an iron pipe; South 890 25' West 847.0 feet to
<br /> an iron pipe at the most Southerly corner of the 171.75 acre tract conveyed to
<br /> R. C. Coldani by deed recorded in Book of Official Records of San Joaquin County,
<br /> Vol. 231, Page 3316 thence along the East line of said 171.75 acre tract, as
<br /> follows: North 15 23' East 155 feet, Korth 460 57' East 1220 feet, North 290 10'
<br /> Best 190 feet, North 7o 01' East 230 feet, North 00 13'West 1960 feet to a point
<br /> in the center line of the Terminous Road; thence along the center line of the
<br /> Teriinous Road, North 890 54' East 6025 feet to an iron spike in pavement in line
<br /> with fence Northerly and Southerly; thence along fence line, South 90 28' East.
<br /> 3299 feet to the true point of beginning and containing, exclusive of the land
<br /> deeded to the Western Pacific Railroad Company, which is excepted herefrom, 474
<br /> acres, more or less.
<br /> EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion thereof conveyed to County of San Joaquin for a
<br /> public road by deed recorded May 18, 1944 in Vol. 674 of Official Records, Page
<br /> 344, San Joaquin County Records.
<br /> AISO EXCEPTING THEREFROM all that portion lying East of Thornton Road.

<br /> (2) Those certain parcels of land, containing 11.50 acres, more or less, and 4.63
<br /> acres, more or less, conveyed to the State of California in deed recorded January 6,
<br /> 1970 in Vol. 3362 of Official Records, Page 652, Records of San Joaquin County.
<br /> (3) That certain parcel of land, containing 2.43 acres, more or less, conveyed to
<br /> the State of California in deed recorded February 6, 1970 in Vol. 3370 of Official
