WELLHEAD EQUIPMENT: Casing Head: Surface sales 8 5/8" OD SW x <br /> 11" 3M casing head with 2" 125 psi ball <br /> valve and no VR plug/nipple. Located at <br /> Surface Sales , Isleton, California - <br /> ( 916) 777-5133 . Starter head will be <br /> rented and purchased if well is productive. <br /> DRILLING PROCEDURE: 1 . Perform rig inspection, and make <br /> corrections as needed, prior to spud. <br /> Drill and survey 12 1/4" hole to <br /> +/-6001 . Make conditioning trip to <br /> surface . Circulate hole clean prior to <br /> pulling out of hole. <br /> 2 . RU casing crew and run 8 5/8" casing to <br /> +/-600 ' KB. Circulate and condition <br /> mud prior to cementing. <br /> 3 . Cement casing as specified in cement <br /> program. Reciprocate pipe +/-15 ' while <br /> cementing until cement returns ob- <br /> served, or until pipe starts to drag. <br /> DO NOT reciprocate pipe where casing <br /> collar could stop in head if casing <br /> stuck off bottom. Should float fail to <br /> hold, pressure back up to final pump <br /> pressure and hold. Use Class G Neat <br /> plus 3% CaC12 or pea gravel if cement <br /> falls in annulus. <br /> 4 . Wait on cement 4 hours . Install casing <br /> head. Test welds to 50% of casing <br /> collapse. Install BOPE and Flo-Sho <br /> equipment. Have Flo-Sho operational <br /> prior to drilling below surface casing. <br /> Test all BOPE to W.P. rating except <br /> annular. Test annular to 75% of rated <br /> W.P. Test casing to 1000 psi (minimum) . <br /> Notify D.O.G. of BOPE test prior to <br /> testing. <br /> 5. Wear bushing not needed. <br /> 6 . Rig up mudlogger at 25001 . <br /> 7. Drill 7 7/8" hole to total depth. <br /> -3- <br />
