June 3 RIH and tagged fill at 42211 , POH and picked up 5"
casing scraper, RIH and scrapped casing to 42181 ,
POOH. Picked up 4-1/2" bit, RIH and cleaned out sand
to 4242' with water, lost circulation. Mixed polymer
to 150 vis, cleaned out to 4424' losing 20 to 30
bbls/hr. Pulled up 20 stands, secured well.
June 4 RIH and tagged fill at 44001 , cleaned out sand to
46021 . Cir hole clean, POH. After 30 min, RIH and
tagged fill at 45981 , cleaned out to 46021 , cir hole
clean, pulled up to 33501 , secured well.
June 5 RIH and tagged fill at 45011 , cleaned out sand to
46021 . Mixed and circulated 33 bbl high vis pill w/
Baker Sand Control, cleaned out wellbore. POH to
33631 , changed over to 3% KC1 water, circulated, POOH.
Made up and ran 412' of Baker 2-3/8" x 2-15/16" OD
screened liner, tagged fill at 45751 , hung liner as
follows:
4155' to 4159' SC1-L 50B-26 Packer
4159' to 4163' Upper Extension ( 3 . 75" OD)
4163' to 4165' Sliding Sleeve (4.00" OD)
4165' to 4166' Seal Bore (3 .75" OD)
4166' to 4187' Lower Extension (3 .75" OD)
4187' to 4566' Wire Wrap Screen (2.93"OD, 1.99"ID)
4566' to 4567' Bull Plug
Gravel packed annulus between screened liner and 5"
liner with 28 cu ft of 12-20 mesh sand, equal to 126%
of the calculated annulus volume. Secured rig.
June 6 RIH, re-packed with 4 cu ft of additional gravel pack
(total of 32 cu ft = 143.5% of cal vol) . After 2 hrs,
restressed gravel pack, pressured up to 2000 psi.
POOH. Laid down tubing, setting tools, installed spool
and valve on top of BOP. Secured well .
June 7 Prepared for injection test, rig mixed polymer breaker
to lower viscosity of polymer in Baker storage tank,
waited for delayed Flo-Log equipment to arrive on
site.
June 8 Rigged up Flo-Log and ran Temperature/Pressure/Spinner
tool, recording static Temperature Log (#2) from
surface to 45671 . Pulled tool up to 4000' and recorded
static pressure. Began injection test of about 5 hours
duration, with injection rates rapidly increased in
steps from an initial rate of 2 bbls/min (84 gpm) to 5
L-5
