H-1ALLIBURTON <br /> Halliburton appreciates the opportunity to present <br /> this proposal and looks forward to being of service to you. <br /> Foreword <br /> Frank, <br /> Enclosed is current pricing and our recommended procedure for mixing and pumping cement <br /> plugs in the STIG#1 well at the Lodi Power Facility in San Joaquin County, California. The information <br /> in this proposal includes well data, calculations,materials requirements, and cost estimates. This proposal <br /> is based information supplied to our office, our previous telephone conversations and previous successful <br /> cementing services in the area. <br /> In order to help maintain high quality service and insure that we can have equipment and <br /> personnel available, we need a minimum 48 hours notice of the award of work. <br /> Halliburton Energy Services recognizes the importance of meeting society's needs for health, <br /> safety, and protection of the environment.
