The information in this proposal includes well data, calculations,materials requirements, and cost estimates. This proposal is based information supplied to our office, our previous telephone conversations and previous successful cementing services in the area. In order to help maintain high quality service and insure that we can have equipment and personnel available, we need a minimum 48 hours notice of the award of work.
