A Preliminary Re ort to assess the site and problem with <br /> suggested boreholes and monitor wells needed to determine <br /> site status; <br /> 2 . A Site Assessment Report to describe the lateral and <br /> vertical extent of a problem and propose mitigative or <br /> remedial actions to clean up a site; <br /> 3 . The Final Remedial Plan- acceptable to the regulatory <br /> agencies and property owner for implementation on a time <br /> schedule. <br /> Each report should bea complete entity. If the reports lacks data <br /> as described below; the review will not continue until the necessary <br /> information is submitted as an addendum. <br /> 1 . PRELIMINARY REPORT <br /> Legal description of property to include; Assessor ' s Parcel <br /> Number, township, range and section; street address; property <br /> owner , and contact person if different. <br /> Map showing site location relative to nearby landmarks ( north <br /> toward top of page ) . <br /> Sketch of the site showing . nearby . streets and properties . <br /> Layout of all tanks and piping systems properly labeled for <br /> content . <br /> Results of tank tests or initial site work done . <br /> Estimates of contaminant( s ) leaked into the environment. <br /> (ND <br /> UGT 46 Pg . 1 of 3 <br />
