MOKELUMNE, WOODBRIDGE, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Martinez: <br /> This letter is in response to your request for a proposal to complete <br /> additional site investigation at the subject site to facilitate the <br /> property transaction which you are currently involved with. Mr. Hugh <br /> Ashley of our office met with you at the site on January 26, 1989 to <br /> review the status of the project and pick up copies of reports and <br /> lab data related to the project. <br /> Artea reviewing the available information and discussing the project <br /> with you in several subsequent phone calls, it is our opinion that <br /> additional site investigation should be completed to better <br /> characterize the site and protect your future investments and <br /> liabilities. Additional, it is my understanding after reviewing the <br /> project that the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB) will have jurisdiction over this project since there <br /> appears to be some concern regarding the potential for the <br /> groundwater to be impacted. <br /> I have attempted to contact Mr. Gary Reents with the (CVRWQCB) to <br /> discuss the project and our recommendations, however he is out of the <br /> office until February 6, 1989. Since you would like to keep the <br /> project moving as quickly as possible, I have prepared this <br /> proposed workplan prior to discussing it with Mr. Reents.
