However, in <br /> further-reviewing the subject report, we have determined that the extent of <br /> the pollution has not been determined. The attached memorandum describes the <br /> results of our review. <br /> By 7 November 1991, you are required to submit a workplan locating the <br /> additional soil samples necessary to determine if the polluted soil has been <br /> removed. You should propose to obtain the samples from the areas and depths <br /> which you omitted from prior sampling.
