In general , th.i-s i s`a"good._,proposed work`pl an -and, we <br /> approve of it,:, We have the following comments and recommendations: <br /> 1. Once the local ground water direction is determined additional wells <br /> may have to be' installed to assess the ground water. quality downgradient <br /> from the excavated area. <br /> 2. Well screens should be placed a minimum of 10 feet above 'and 20 feet <br /> below the water table, and the screen lengths should be based on the <br /> local lithology and span the .uppermost water-bearingzone if possible: <br /> 3. Analysis for lead should be included in the soil- and water analyses. <br /> 4.
