MOKELUMNE STREET, WOODBRIDGE, CA <br /> Dear Mr. Martinez: <br /> This report is a summary of the work completed to date, site <br /> assessment, and recommendations for additional- work at the <br /> subject site. We are notifying the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, the San Joaquin County <br /> Department of Environmental Health, and San Joaquin County <br /> Planning Department of our findings and recommendations by <br /> copy of this letter. <br /> SITE INVESTIGATION <br /> On January 29, 1989, Mr. Hugh Ashley of GHH Engineering, Inc. <br /> met with you at the site to review tile status of the project <br /> and to pick up copies of reports and laboratory data related <br /> to the project. After reviewing the available information, <br /> it was decided that an additional site investigation was <br /> necessary to better characterize the site. <br /> A previous site investigation was completed by Jim Thorpe <br /> Oil, Inc. and Canonie Environmental Services Corp. Copies of <br /> the reports are contained in Appendix A. The reports <br /> indicated elevated levels Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) <br /> at a depth of 4 feet (1.9 ppm) and 7 feet (22 ppm) between <br /> the fuel dispensers and the pump house. The fuel dispensers, <br /> pump house, and the concrete slab where the above ground fuel <br /> C tanks were located, as shown on Figure 1, have since been <br /> L•� removed from the property. <br /> L� <br />
