American Environmental believes <br /> that the residual amount of oil contaminated soil existing in <br /> the concrete substructure poses no threat to groundwater <br /> quality. <br /> American Environmental respectfully requests your review of <br /> the monitoring program results and your written determination <br /> of the water quality impacts at the Beck property. <br />
