AME I CAN
ENV1RCNMCNTAL MANAGCMCNT CCPP,
Please Refer To:
AEMC Job No. 3769
7 March 1988
Mr. David Brent
California Regional
Water Quality Control Board
3443 Routier Road
Sacramento, California 95827-3098
RE: BECK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, TRACY PROPERTY
Dear Mr. Brent:
On behalf of the Beck Development Company, American
Environmental is hereby submitting the results of the fourth
quarter groundwater monitoring recently conducted at the
subject property.
American Environmental has now completed the one year,
quarterly groundwater monitoring period at the Beck property.
The monitoring program was designed in the "Report of
Groundwater Investigation" (4 December 1986) and received your
written concurrence on 10 February 1987.
Field and laboratory results for each quarterly period have
indicated no detectable hydrocarbon constituents in the three
groundwater monitoring wells. American Environmental believes
that the residual amount of oil contaminated soil existing in
the concrete substructure poses no threat to groundwater
quality.
American Environmental respectfully requests your review of
the monitoring program results and your written determination
of the water quality impacts at the Beck property.
